Deskripsi: As Yacht Crew Placement department, our duty is both finding the right crew for the right yacht and developing long term relations not only with the crew but also with the owners or the yacht managers. We make a point of understanding an individual’s personal aspirations and help them on their career path in the superyacht industry, and we seek to understand exactly what the owner and/or Captain are looking for. We will ensure that a prospective employee fully understands the position before we recommend them.We will not recommend the candidates to the yacht owners or the captains unless we are sure that they suit the job best, because we know that yachts are not only the workplace but also home for the crew.. Finding yacht jobs on luxury charter yachts, private yachts, and gulets, in popular cruising are as such as the Mediterranean or the Aegean for Captains, Chefs, Mates, Engineers, Stewardesses, and Deckhands, all around the world, is our expertise!
